I have known Jason Wormser professionally for over 10 years. During that time while he worked as Vice President of Production at Fox Soccer, I found him to be a complete professional, a dedicated worker, a first class manager and overall an excellent employee His dedication to his craft is second to none. He is willing and most able to complete whatever task with which he is presented. He is very well versed in all aspects of broadcast production. Among his many qualities is his ability to motivate a large and diverse staff who have respect for him due to his professionalism. By explaining the task at hand, he ensures that the staff know what is expected, then Jason allows them to complete their tasks without micro managing. He is always available to his staff and is continually teaching and encouraging them to increase their knowledge and abilities. He is a first class planner of the most complex projects whether domestic or international. He can create and manage budgets which is essential in our industry. He communicates well with other departments - in particular marketing and commercial ad-sales where he has created in-program campaigns with those departments and which were very well received by the clients But his best quality is that I considered him an asset to our organization in the years that we worked together.
